Cancellations received 10 full business days prior to the start date of the program:

Advanced Nursing Footcare - full refund less $100.00 cancellation fee
All other programs - full refund less $50.00 cancellation fee

Cancellations received less than 10 full business days prior to the start date of the program - No refund

Non-attendance - No refund

NSF cheques - $25.00
